Modifications to Consent
In January 2026, a modification to the conditions of consent (Mod 1) was approved.
This modification updated certain conditions relating to parking and access, ecologically sustainable development measures and crime prevention through environmental design.
Post-Approval Process
As with all State Significant Developments, the project must satisfy detailed pre-construction and construction certificate requirements under the approved consent.
These include submission of detailed design documentation, management plans and compliance reporting prior to construction and occupation.
The project is currently progressing through these post-approval requirements in accordance with the development consent.
Design Team
CHROFI Architects continue to work on the project alongside Team2 Architects who has joined the design team in place of MDP Architecture, in accordance with the design excellence requirements of the consent.
