There is real momentum building at Amara Cremorne, and we are delighted to bring you our very first update from site. Consider this your look behind the hoarding at what is already taking shape.
The past few months have been about laying the groundwork — quite literally — for the residences that will define Amara Cremorne. Here is where things stand.
Onsite progress
Site remediation has been our primary focus, carefully preparing the ground to the highest standard before the major structural works begin. It is detailed, unglamorous work, but it is what everything else depends on.
Construction of the sewer main diversion has now been completed — an important early milestone that cleared the way for piling to begin. And begin it has. Piling is now underway onsite, marking the start of vertical works and the moment the site truly begins to take shape.
We have also submitted Construction Certificate 2, the approval that will unlock the next major phase of construction: piling for the shoring wall.

We are thrilled to share that Woods Bagot, one of the world’s most celebrated design studios, have been engaged as the project’s interior architect. Their concept design for the interiors is already well underway, and the early direction is everything we hoped for: refined, timeless and unmistakably crafted for the way you want to live.

The next chapter is close. Here is what to expect in the months ahead.
With piling now in progress and Construction Certificate 2 submitted for approval, the path to the shoring wall and the next stage of structural works is clear. All consultants have now been engaged, with the design coordinated and progressed to 70 per cent — every detail being considered and refined. And samples and prototypes are already underway as we select the final façade materials, the textures and finishes that will define Amara Cremorne’s presence on the street for generations.
